STRATEGIC PLANNING RETREATS

A Strategic Planning Retreat can be designed to address a single issue confronting your association or as an integral step in a more comprehensive planning process.

In preparation for a Strategic Planning Retreat, I compile a Strategic Analysis highlighting current operational facts in the context of historic data and future opportunities.  The retreat will be structured to facilitate thoughtful deliberation of the salient issues revealed in the Strategic Analysis. Your group will establish organizational priorities and outline a work plan for more comprehensive consideration of any new initiatives.
